I lived at Orchard Gardens with my family for 4.5 years, and our experience was nothing short of excellent. From the start, Ty, our property manager, was a pleasure to work with. She was always friendly, responsive, and readily available to address any questions—whether about our lease, a bill, or anything else that came up. She truly made living here stress-free.

I also have to give a huge shoutout to the incredible maintenance team, including Richard, Fong, Mike, and anyone else I may be forgetting. They were always quick to respond, handled issues efficiently, and were consistently kind and professional. Whether they were fixing something in our home or simply passing by, they always made us feel like valued residents.

We feel so fortunate to have had such a dedicated and caring team managing Orchard Gardens during our time there. A+++ service all around!

Our experience here for the past year and a half has been more than wonderful. Everyone has been nice and friendly, especially Senior Property Manager Tyhesha Evans. Any and all questions and issues we've had in this time was handled with extreme care and efficiency. We highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to give this place a try. Majority of the homes are renovated and are still being renovated on. My husband and I started a family here. Quiet and friendly community. I cannot stress enough how Tyhesha and all staff have treated us. Wonderful people and great place to live.

I just moved in 3 months ago. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The community is nice and well kept. I really enjoyed the environment because it is very close to everything I need. The service crew are always pleasant and gets the job done quick. I would highly recommend this location if you are on the market for a new apartment.

If you want to be surrounded by tranquility and good vibes in an amazing neighborhood in Highland Park, Orchard Gardens should be your new place to live :). I lived there only for 1 year, because I was transferred by my company to another state, but if I wouldn't have had to move, i would continue living there :). Rent you pay is equal the nice place and renovated the apartments are, TOTALLY worth it. also the office and maintenance staff are so helpful and nice all the time, specially Ty!!!

We have been living in a 2nd floor one-bedroom apartment for 4 months now and have been quite comfortable! Management and response to maintenance requests is prompt and pleasant. It appears that management has been making welcome changes around the complex, as well. Tyhesha, the property manager, is always wonderful to talk with and very helpful. The apartment itself is great, a decent layout, with laundry in the basement, and so on. Highland Park is an adorable, diverse town to live in, as well! Access to Route 1 is easy to get to the surrounding area.
