These are pretty nice except for the outside. The inside was roomy and nice but definitely due for a renovation...they still had popcorn ceilings!!! The outside was bad tho no landscaping or grass I could see or anywhere for children to play outdoors safely!

Orange Villa Apartments are owned by Equity Property Management. The apartments are kinda of small, they have no extra storage space and each apartment is almost different. They have homeless people coming in to so drugs in laundry mat because company is too cheap to replace gate code. And basically has a roach problem . Owner only care about getting their rent, they take forever to fill requests to fix items and the property manager is not a nice lady. This company is full of it, shiesty af. Don’t rent from them, it’s not worth it
