This company does not care about the safety or security of the building or residents AT ALL. We’ve had multiple theft incidents, break ins, vandalism, and constant disturbances from the multiple Airbnb units (that the property manager owns/hosts). Attached are photos of a few examples of the issues they’re fully aware of and refuse to address.

I've been with Optimus Properties for 10+ yrs and they've been nothing but great to me. Things are generally fixed promptly depending on its severity. Only a handful of times when they changed office management that things didn't go as smoothly when Dalton was in charge. But everything was infinitely better after he was gone. The team they have now is much better than a year or 2 ago.

I currently live in an Optimus Properties building 3120 W Temple and my experience is good. The maintenance man Gustavo is very kind, the manager Martha is excellent, she does her job as a manager. The main office answer emails on the same day. So far everything is going well. I recommend renting with this company.

This is a great company who are always on top of their services. I Am living one of their's buildings almost 15 years. Maintainance department is prompt and always accessible via online. Property Manager is always active to listen you. Kudos to both Ms. Martha, property manager, and Ms. Iris, Maintainance for their dedicated support and assistance whenever I needed. Had such a great experience living with Optimus. Very professional staff and very accommodating all around.

They’ve always sent someone to fix anything in our unit very promptly. Our complex has always been clean and I even see they have monthly pest control which makes me feel confident in my living condition.
