This was our first time as a renter in the US, having been transferred for my wife's job from another country. The process was very new to us and could have been overwhelming. Warwick has always taken the time to explain things to me in detail and with patience. Not once have I ever had the feeling, he didn't have time to talk to me when I've called him or when he's called me.

I talked to a few property management companies before having the chance to meet and talk with Warwick. What sold me on Opal Estate Management was Warwick's willingness to listen to me and understand my situation. I had to rent my mother's property quicky because she was moving to assisted living due to her dementia. I wasn't just another potential client, but a person.

We moved across the country but are not ready to sell our home of 30 years in SoCal. I interviewed Warwick, Opal Property Management, regarding representing my home for rental. He presents himself and his company very professionally. On our first meeting he was prepared with printed comparisons of local home rentals, home size and rental prices. We walked through my home and property and discussed his suggestions for preparation. He was the third person I interviewed and was the most professional and prepared. I love my home and want it to be represented by someone I trust to manage the property. He takes great interest in the renters needs as well as mine.
Typically, we communicate via email monthly. All details are clear. On the rare occasion that an issue occurs, he calls me to report and discuss on the phone. The few minor issues have been remediated efficiently.
