Ben is an amazing agent to work with! My husband and I tried looking for houses to rent on our own and kept striking out. (Let me tell you that trying to find a property in Orange County that was quiet, gated, and affordable was no easy feat!) Our friend connected us to Ben and he helped demystify the renting process. He coordinated tours, reached out to agents/owners, and helped guide us through applications so that we were highly competitive. Ben brought us to a property that was off our radar and we were able to get approved the same day! We just renewed our 1 year lease and so grateful for Ben’s expertise. My husband & I found the home of our dreams and I am convinced that without our agent Sarah Drake and the whole Onyx team it probably wouldn’t have happened. Sarah is absolutely amazing and I can not say enough good things about her. She payed such attention to details in helping us to figure out exactly what we were looking for in a home. I could really go on and on about Michelle and how amazing she is! Michelle is the sweetest, most patient real estate agent I have ever worked with. We were recommended to her by her mentee and she was absolutely phenomenal. When we first met, she was so warm and welcoming as if we have known each other for years. She was truly so personable, patient, and super responsive. She never made me feel rushed or as if I was bothering her. She always heard my wants and dreams in a home and proceeded to be super supportive and to hold off on a home until I knew it was the right one. Leila Meknat did a phenomenal job helping us with a simultaneous sale of our townhome and purchase of our single family residence as we look to grow our family. She is very knowledgeable of the local OC market, which was helpful for finding great neighborhoods to explore that were in line with what we were looking for. She was super responsive with our thousands of questions and provided great insight to a fairly complicated process, timing-wise and for folks that knew very little about buying and selling a home. She really made use of her company’s resources to make sure we were 100% covered at all times with representation and insight, and provided great contacts when considering insurance, home loans, handy-work to allow us to always be fully informed when making critical decisions along the way. She was never pushy or intense when it came to our interactions and she gained our trust right away, which was very important for our family dealing with such a convoluted process. She was always very respectful, at times even playing with our 2 year old child during visits of potential homes, and she carries herself with the upmost class and know-how in her interactions. With a couple of unexpected situations that popped up for us that we felt were mountains to deal with, Leila and the Onyx team went out of their way to make sure that we were not affected at the end of the day and made sure everything went as smooth as possible for us. Linda helped my mom buy a home and I think mom is so happy that mom might adopt Linda as a daughter. Not sure how mom got to know Linda but we first met her when she came over to present the Agent-Buyer agreement/contract. So professional, genuine, clear and detailed. In the next many months, she helped mom looked at many homes/locations, compared and contrasted info, found out every big/small thing about each place, provided answers/inputs to make sure mom will be in a safe, great neighborhood, getting the most for her hard earned money; more importantly, she was so patient, helpful, kind, always available, went above and beyond, and tried to keep things positive, relaxed, fun for all of us. She was involved with every step of the way, honest and courteous, working diligently with everyone (seller, inspector, contractors, escrows, etc.) to make sure nothing was missed. Now, mom got a neat little home and cannot be happier. Something about a 5-star review seems not enough for the work and heart Linda has put in for mom and us. I wish we can do 10 stars.
