Living in this building has truly been a wonderful experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to create a sense of community. Donna in the leasing office is especially amazing—she’s always helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind.

What stands out the most is how personal everything feels. The staff greets me by name, and that small gesture makes it feel more like home. It really feels like a family here. The building also hosts fun and engaging events that bring residents together, and I always feel safe knowing how seriously they take security. They don’t play when it comes to resident safety, and I appreciate that.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just an apartment, but a community!

I’m so happy to have found my new home and community here at One Theater Square! The apartment units are beautiful and pristine, the amenities are abundant, and everything is exceptionally well maintained. The tenants are quiet and respectful and the management and staff are responsive, warm, and welcoming. Special shout out to Donna, Heather, Adea, Demina, and Jesse - they are all friendly and professional. Also, having shopped around for apartments in Newark, I believe One Theater Square is a good value for what it offers in terms of units, amenities, service, and location.

I have been living here for almost 6 years. I have been very happy. The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. Donna (the assistant manager) takes great care of my cat when I travel. The maintenance and concierge staff are also very helpful. I love the building and the neighborhood and hope to remain here for a long time.

I have been living here since 2019 and am very pleased with the building, its prime location, and vicinity to the transit system and Newark Liberty Airport. The building is very clean and the personnel are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff are very professional and whenever I have a problem I just stop by the leasing office to speak to Donna Jeter. She would always take care of anything I bring to her right away. I would have bought my apartment if they had a sale option.

I have been a resident at OTS since 2021, in the Penthouse and other units in the building. Donna was truly amazing. She was the first person I met when I arrived. She is an Absolute professional and has become a dear person to me and my daughter. Donna is always looking out for all of the resident's and the staff keeps everyone happy and safe. This is a community, not just a luxury hi-rise. Our amenities are fabulous. The building is very clean and luxurious. The events for resident's are great! The location is great and the area is thriving and growing. It's extremely inspirational living here. I don't think we will ever outgrow this place. We love it here! ❤️

I love living here. Donna and the team made everything super easy for me to move ane get set up. They even took my furniture deliveries while I was away. My favorite part is the 24/7 access to the steam and sauna. Spa day every day.

My wife and I have been living in this building for 3 years in two different apartments. The management as well as the concierge are always aiming to please. Everything from the cleanliness to the luxury amenities are all top shelf. The communication and access to any service was always fast and extremely professional. The management staff always go out of their way to facilitate everything. Ask for Donna Jeter, she always took good care of us.
