You can also choose go to class in person Sunday or through Zoom for flexibility. He gives a preview of next week's lesson so you know what to expect. John makes sure to communicate with you consistently in order for success. He's there to guide you step by step on how to obtain a real estate license. Mr. Nguyen is incredible at helping his students to pass their exam by ensuring that each of his students understand the material taught. His method of teaching will keep you engaged and you won't ever find yourself bored. He's always available if you have any questions or concerns. I am an international student studying in California. My parents came from Vietnam visiting me and also wanted to invest in real estate in Orange County, CA. They would pay all cash for the house. We went through a couple of realtors, but somehow those realtors can not help us to get our offer accepted.
John Nguyen was referred to us by a friend who attended John's Real Estate school. At the time, my parents had only little over a week left in the US. In order to maximize my parents time, he made back-to-back appointments to check out houses that he think my parents would like. Đây đúng là lớp học mà tôi cần - Real Estate . Khi tham gia lớp học với nhiều bỡ ngỡ vì mình chỉ mới sang Mỹ này vài tháng thôi, tuy nhiên sau thời gian ngắn học tập mình đã dần hoà nhập và nhờ vào những chia sẽ kiến thức về địa ốc ( bất động sản ) và những kinh nghiệm thực tế rất hữu ích từ công việc của Thầy John . Qua đó giúp mình nắm bắt được thị trường nhà đất ở Cali đang như thế nào, nó hỗ trợ cho việc tìm kiếm ngôi nhà tương lai của mình rất nhiều . Mình rất hứng thú khi tham gia lớp học này ! Và rất tự tin với công việc tương lai này sau khi tốt nghiệp .
Và mình nghĩ nếu bạn muốn bán hoặc mua nhà, bạn muốn khai thuế hay làm loan ( vay tiền, tín dụng ) thì đây là địa chỉ mà bạn nên đến , vì Mr.John là người rất nhiệt tình vui vẽ luôn đặt mong muốn và lợi ích của bạn lên trên hết ! Đó là điều mà Thầy đã dạy mình .
