So far the communications has been great while working with One Nest. They manage a lot of properties with a small team, and had our application, employee verification, and all of that done in just a couple days. Not to mention answered A LOT of what if questions to the best of their ability, and worked with us on a time that worked for us to view the property outside regular hours due to work schedule. The website is very professional, fast response calling in and texting. We look forward to working with them for the property we will be renting, and they have outshined some other management companies already!

Did everything they said for their security deposit. They told us to hire specific carpet cleaners for 400 bucks and then they said "carpet is 6 years old and we will charge you 1500 to replace it."

Ok... why did you have me clean it? Lost basically all of my security deposit. DONT RENT WITH THEM. They also charged me for upkeep on the house that I didn't do nor did I care about. Like, to anchor THE OWNERS STOVE. I found them pretty unprofessional like they were never available. I also upkept the lawn and kept the property very nice. I even got them their next set of tenants but I wish I didn't. There is a rental surplus right now. Hopefully I won't see this company around much longer! Worst in all my 10 years of renting/home ownership!

Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Aimee helped get our house renter ready while we were in the middle of a move. She took care of all the heavy lifting, from scheduling maintenance and cleaners, to finding quality renters. Extreme Lack of transparency, and terrible communication from this company. Waited a week or so maybe more for the background check to process which is through an outside company and because my company doesn't use Paychex or direct deposit or anything else, they made me submit my bank statements. After multiple steps over multiple days, the background check finally finished. I received a copy of the report the company they use for the checks sent me and it was inaccurate, not even close, and it disqualified me for the rental my wife and I applied for. We tried to talk to One Nest to explain the situation to them, and Aimee barely gave me the time of day. She said They couldn't verify my identity through the check, even though I uploaded my drivers license directly front and back picture. I've never had a fake ID or license in my life and it's been fine for every other company. Ontop of that, they were able to verify my Social security number ( I saw my previous addresses and information there in the report), so make that make sense how I wasn't verified. After this, she told me the house was longer available. I asked her if it had already been rented and she wouldn't even give me a straight answer, I literally had to ask her if I had been disqualified and that was the reason. There is a clear lack of transparency in their dealings, they are horrible about getting back to you (Left multiple messages for them, the only time I was able to speak to them was when I called them back). Avoid at all costs.

Sue has been an absolute dream to work with! I am renting a seasonal property that Sue is managing.
