We typically stay on the beach however wanted to try a different companies rentals. It was ba eautiful, tropical complex! The unit was immaculate and steps to the sand.

We have rented condos at North Coast Village from On the Sand Vacations for the past four years and they are fantastic to work with! Their website is very detailed with all of the condos and gives great descriptions of each unit, plus their filtering and sorting is better than a lot of vacation rental websites I have visited. The staff is very friendly and they communicate regularly. I'd highly recommend them for your next stay in Oceanside!

We absolutely loved staying at North Coast Village with On-The-Sand! The location was breathtaking, just like a mini Hawaii and so close to the beach! I loved how safe it was as well with the gated community and 24/7 security. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and On-the-sand was so quick to handle any questions or issues we had. It was the perfect get away.

We loved staying at the Surfside Sanctuary for our recent family trip. It had everything we needed. We loved that we had access to beach chairs and boogie boards and we made good use of those. The gym was great and we loved how much equipment we had. The only bad thing was that we didn't have more time at the resort! There was so much to do! We will have to come back!

We have been coming to North Coast Village for 13 years, the last 12 years we have been staying in F312 for the months of January and February each year. We have had so many family and friends who have joined us over the years making wonderful beach memories together. This year our oldest granddaughter, gave herself a graduation present and came and stayed with us for a month from Arkansas. She wrote in the guest book that it’s a place where she’s made soo many fun memories she wanted to come back and to do it again. Our initial experience in the condo was a one on one relationship with the original owner of the condo. You could feel soo many of his family’s personal touches. But it needed up dating after they passed away, which the new owners have done which we have enjoyed. The property managers have cleaned out a lot of things from the kitchen. We had to go out and buy cheap flatware for our use or we would have been running the dishwasher after each meal. Fortunately over the years I’ve learned to bring my own favorite cook ware as the cook ware is pretty lacking. We stayed in a unit in the D building last November for two weeks and their kitchen was generously equipped and stocked in all ways. But the yearly memories that are packed into F312 over rides the drawbacks for us. It’s a lovely condo to make lasting family memories. Sailing with Les George from the Oceanside Marina was our grand daughter’s all time favorite experience; racing with the dolphins, chasing the whales and then learning to sail his sailboat. You can find him on the net. It’s the same price as the whale watching boat but way more fun and intimate. 💕

This was the perfect anniversary get away! The condo was perfect, amazing ocean view and sleeping to the sounds of the waves in the most comfy bed! Owners provided everything we needed from kitchen necessities to beach gear. We would definitely come back!

We have booked an Airbnb through "On the Sand Vacations" in the past and they have been wonderful to work with. The Airbnb was beautiful, plenty of space, well stocked with anything we needed. Loved everything about it and will gladly book through "On The Sand Vacations" again in the future!

Our family celebrated my retirement at North Coast Village, Oceanside CA. It was so fun, the 3 units we reserved were spectacular and On-the-Sand was great to work with, making every effort to make this celebration a perfect success.
