It has been an absolute pleasure living in the Kearny Lofts for the past two years.

THE LOFT BUILDING consists of the following:

The units were newly constructed when I moved in, and I would like to add that they were beautifully constructed. Upon entering, you are greeted by an aromatic scent that fills the entire building. The fresh fragrance in the air is always a source of compliments from my guests. I am grateful for the standard cleanliness the building upholds.

PARKING:

In terms of parking arrangements, I am pleased with what the building has established. There is a secured gate leading into the lower deck garage, as well as ample outdoor parking with assigned parking spaces for each unit. A generous number of parking spaces are available for "visitors.". It is a very convenient location.

KEARNY LOFTS VS. OTHER EXPERIENCES

I've lived in the Vermella, Eleven80 high rise in Newwark and toured Harrison units along the water bank and nothing compares to the quality of square feet and detail at Kearny Lofts.

BENEFITS:

What set this place apart from other places, the friendly neighbors! Maintenance has always assisted me with urgency within 2 days or as little as an hour. AND THE FLOORS HEATED! The inside gym is so convenient and just enough! The building manager Angelica has always been super helpful, generous to me and tenants throughout the unit!

This building is new but it continues to find ways to improve the experience for a wonderful experience for every existing, and future tenants. Ive never had a better experience!

The team at Oceanview is nothing short of spectacular! Working with Angelica for a couple of my properties brought back the life in my work life balance! Great attention to detail and most importantly getting things resolved in a timely manner which is difficult to find in this industry. My buildings have been glowing thanks to Angelica!
