Our family has been doing business with Oceanside for many years. They represent great properties and provide great service. Pricing is comparable to any broker or any web based agency. If you are renting or buying on LBI, there is no better choice. They are local and acutely acquainted with the area.

I am pleased to write that I have been working with Oceanside successfully for 20 years and I have always had a great experience. I have purchased, and sold several houses on the island with them and the services has been second to none. I have also used them to rent my house. Over several hundred satisfied families have rented my place with dozens of Oceanside Realty agents and every encounter has been a positive one. As a home owner I strongly endorse their operation and their high level of customer service makes for a very validating experience.

Rented a house for a week through this place and the house was misrepresented by glamorous pictures making it look better than it was. Come to find out the place was a dump and worse it was filthy upon arrival with horrible beds and hardly any seating in common areas. This agency represented the owners and imposed all sorts of cleaning rules on the rental which was unnecessary since it was trashed coming in. I would never rent another house through this agency on LBI again due to their disorganization and just lack of knowledge with LBI rentals. There are plenty of other good agencies to work with on LBI.

Ray Procaccini Jr. is an amazing realtor and a fabulous person. He recently assisted me in renting out my home on LBI. Since I was relatively new at renting out my property I had many questions. Ray not only answered all my questions but always responded promptly and courteously. He is knowledgeable about all facets of real estate on LBI and does not hesitate to share that knowledge. What a pleasure to work with a realtor who isn’t a typical salesperson but a real person!!!

Renter beware!!! Awful service, our AC broke 1/2 way through week, communication was non existent when we followed up we were told we were stalking. Still AC not fix spent entire day in phone trying to get an answer on when service was coming. Grills in both houses ( we had a lot of family for vacation) were broken and not clean. Sad vacation experience will NEVER deal with the agency again.

Heaven help you if you rent through this agency. Brett could care less about your vacation. Bad grills, broken ac, shabby wiring on non working ceiling fans...Currently 85 degrees inside. Owner is an even bigger tool! When I went to the agency directly to complain I was asked " why are you here?". These people are not customer oriented and have no business in the service industry.
