I've only been here for less then a month and me and my mom have discovered that they have a pest problem. But not roaches or other bugs, they have mice. We're moving out as soon as we can. They also lied to us, we asked if they had pests and they said no twice! This is not a good place to live and it should be condemned. Dishonesty is there policy.

Bug problem, rude management. I had to come back and edit my post because there are also mice in these apartments. I am in the process of canceling my lease but the office does not answer their phone. Poorly designed kitchen. Interior doors did not close. Crummy exterior as well.

Ricardo the man sometimes he comes late but he gets the job done.He took measurements today and said he is gonna order us something .I take his work for it and the office staff is cool too.They did say I have to move some bikes on my porch I don't know why but it's ok .I think they need a bike rack for bikes.There is alot of space outside so they can put one up.Thanks for listening peace.
