I have had 2 other property management services and OC Residential has by far been the best. They respond to emails and calls rapidly, and aer always pleasant and professional, and patient with explaining things to me. Repairs are completed immediately, deposits made consistently, leasing agreements are managed well before the ending date, all with my prior consent.
The pricing is fair and well worth the service they offer. I do not have to worry about anything which is exactly what I wanted.

OC Residential Property Management managed my condo in Dana Point for 3 years as my wife and I relocated out of state. Leasing our place through Jeff and Ziad was an absolutely fantastic experience. They are extremely professional and provided us piece of mind that our home was being looked after until we returned. They're expertise of South Orange County is on point as was they're guidance on an appropriate rental amount. Over the 3 years, we had 2 tenants, both of which were found and vetted within one day of being listed with seamless turnover. As small maintenance items occurred, they handled with a very competent and reasonably priced network of contractors. When we moved back in, it was as if we had never left.
