They deserve zero. Lazy and not responsible company, people don’t care about their property at all. I was calling them around 3 month asking to clean laundry room and finally they do it. Today one of the washer was broken and they even don’t care, didn’t put any sign about it. I spent my money for laundry that didn’t started works.
They charge for pets $100 per month and it is the most expensive fee that I ever seen in California.
They don’t care that strangers and homeless people parking in front sign “No parking in alley’ and blocking tenants cars in garage.
They take $2200 for 1 bedroom 650 sqft without dishwasher even.
Roaches 🪳 everywhere in summer time and we not able even open the window to put fresh air because all this bugs trying get inside through broken window frame.
Never rent apartments on Malvern Ave Fullerton from this property management if you don’t want waste your time for troubles, paying $2200 for dirty getto place.

This is one the worst management companies I have ever dealt with. I went to about 5-6 tours and the one I happened to like out of all of them have 4 dead roaches inside and they did not care that I pointed that out. We sent in 2 apps and we had well enough over the income to cover the rent and they still never reached out I had to constantly contact them only to find out they approved someone else. They are a complete ripoff and catfish tf out of people with their listings. Just like all the other reviews that describe how distasteful this company is don’t take it lightly. I wasted my time and money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I lived in one of NPS’ units for about a year and had nothing but problems. The unit was not ready upon move-in and maintenance requests were inefficient.
The team in the office is somehow worse. Staff is skilled in giving you the run around. When my move out inspection took place the employee doing so damaged an item for which the cost was then deducted from my security deposit unlawfully. Upon repetitive contact with Valerie, no one responded to my dispute.
DO NOT RENT WITH NPS. They are not interested in caring for their residents only in stealing from them.

My boyfriend has lived in his apartment less than a week and has found 3 cockroaches. Upon move in inspection, there is a piece broken in dishwasher, scratches on oven, dings and marks on the walls, and place looked like it hadn't been cleaned that well. No assigned parking. Have to park on a different street and walk 6-10 minutes to the apartment. Ad listed a move in special where first month of rent was free, then very last minute, like I kid you not a week before they offered him the lease, they got rid of the special and instead lowered the rent and told him he has to pay deposit and first months rent all upfront. Almost $4000. If that isn't shady I don't know what is. Something about that just doesn't sit right with me changing things up like that before you give someone a lease. He just had to roll with the punches because everyone knows it is HARD to move right now. If it's already been like this less than a week, I can't imagine how the entire year is gonna be for him. Will come back and update. But be wary of this management company, unfortunately to my knowledge they are prevalent in more areas than just LB. But still, try to go with a different management company if you can. Something's not right about this one...

The worst management company ever. Since they took over the apartments here in Anaheim, literally half the people living here have moved out. Of those half, most of them got lawyers to get out of their leases because they are that terrible. Not sure how this company hasn't gone bankrupt or how landlords still choose to employ them. They are the worst company i've seen in the 14 years i've been renting and that sentiment is the same for every person in my complex.

Terrible company. They just bought an apartment complex at garden grove. I been here before them. It’s hard to get a hold of them and the secretary will always reply with “I’ll leave a note, so we can get back to you” even though they never will. Or “we are new so we are still trying to see how things work here at this complex” after buying this complex about six months ago already. Very poor management and unprofessional, I do not recommend it.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND MISLEADING! viewed an apt today! they said they had received 1 app, which wasn't complete, and the same day after viewing it hours later, I received a text talking about this property has been leased to someone else!!! THEY JUST LITERALLY WANT YOUR MONEY FOR THE APP FEE !! Please don't even bother with this company!! Total SCAM. As you can see from the reviews this management company is taking advantage
