Great experience at Now 193! Wife and I stayed here for 5 months for my wife’s travel nursing assignment in Dothan. We opted for short term furnished unit and it was equipped with everything we needed and more! Very safe feel with 2 locked doors requiring entry to our unit. Joel, the landlord, was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. Very nice green space for us to walk our two dogs. Would definitely stay here again if we ever found ourselves in the area again!

Very nice building in downtown Dothan near all the hotspots. Recently renovated so everything is brand new and they did a great job restoring this historic property that was supposedly a Ford Model T plant and showroom which explains the tall ceilings and warehouse style feel. It's very spacious with a lot of room in the units. The area feels safe at night and there is access control entry and cameras with dedicated off street parking lot. Also a large green space yard that is part of the property for hanging out with friends or your dog. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to live! Extremely clean and surprisingly safe for being located in downtown Dothan. Appliances are new, units are gorgeous, neighbors are kind and always willing to help, and management is top tier! Management and maintenance have responded immediately to any issue I have had, and have worked hard to make sure my stay here has been great. I recommend NOW193 to anyone and everyone!

The apartment has a convenient location and a nice layout with a full wall window that brings in a lot of natural light. The building is well-maintained, and the property manager, Joel, is responsive and helpful when issues arise. Overall, a great place to live.

Absolutely awesome place to live! Our stay at NOW 193 was a great experience. Our apartment was super comfortable with a great layout, amazing windows, safe, and so convenient to downtown Dothan. We could easily walk to MCCC for a great cup of coffee, to KBC for food, or Circle City Brewing for a beer. The side yard was awesome for our dog to get his exercise, so convenient. Neighbors were great and our landlord Joel made our stay a no brainer; he was always responsive and very proactive! We had absolutely no issues during our lease! Thanks again for a great experience!

We moved to Dothan in December for work. We looked at a number of places but were blown away with NOW 193. We have lived across the country in major cities. These lofts are second to none. The facilities are amazing, the location is great for all the downtown activities in Dothan. I’m in the medical field so it’s close to hospitals and clinics. This is where y’all need to live!!!

I love the light atmosphere here. Very safe and secured apartment. Equipped with new appliances. Close to restaurants and stores. They have a green space for pets. My landlord, Mr. Joel, is very nice and responsive. He is always looking after his tenants.
