I’ve rented from Northridge for over a year, and I could not be happier. We have a beautiful apartment in Dixon for a great price, especially compared to other local rentals. Anytime anything in the apartment goes wrong, they promptly fix it. Our property manager has been great and super on top of things. We’ve literally never had any issues with them. Overall, I would definitely recommend renting from Northridge!

So I have rented with this company for the last four years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I had a plumbing issue the other day and John contacted me within 10 minutes to see what the problem was. We discussed the issue and he assured me that he would be there first thing in the morning since it would be a simple job. John and his partner Karl came bright and early the next morning and not only did they fix the leaky pipe, they noticed the drain was a little backed up as well. So they decided to fix that too. They both also noticed the sprayer hose on the sink in my kitchen broke as well and they went above and beyond to get a new faucet and repair that for me without me even asking. I appreciate both of these guys for making everything run smoothly once again and taking the extra time out of their day to make sure it was done correctly. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Rude experience on the phone I called and asked about available property’s and she said to look online and I did that and only saw commercial property’s and she said “obviously that’s all we have then” not helping me at all what so ever, couldn’t even point me in the right direction to anywhere else.

I’ve rented from Northridge for a few years and would definitely recommend. I’m currently in my second property with Northridge. Keep the property you’re renting clean, leave it how you received it and you’ll have no issues. Maintenance always responds quickly and efficiently.

I would highly recommend going with Northridge. I have rented with a roommate from them for over a year and love it. Recently, I was looking for a complex to move into on my own and the manager was extremely helpful going above and beyond to make sure I was able to get into a complex and that it was spotless before I moved. They are very on top of maintenance as well, anytime I put in a request it is taken care of in few days and always done well. The apartments are beautiful and up to date, I absolutely love living here and will be very sad whenever I have to move away. 10/10 recommend!

This company has an awesome maintenance crew! They have been excellent at coming over and fixing any issues we've had. Not only do they come quickly to resolve our issues, but they're very polite and friendly when they come. Even if its a small issue or or request, they seem happy to help. The employee Jon Mcguire is always great and explains what the issue was, and how he fixed it. The other employee Chris Kemp has been great as well and is always pleasant to work with.

Moving here was the fastest way to move out to Dixon from Harvard and they've been fantastic while we've lived here. Jon is such a great person and property manager!! He's always there bright and early to clean up and work on whatever needs working. He's definitely a busy man, but makes time to help out the tenants with whatever we needed help with. Always quick and ready! Great place and great property management. 👍
