I rented my apartment at Northpoint online and so I took a big chance that I would like it. I do. The manager, Stephanie, is professional and very helpful. The apartment was clean (except for some trash and toys I found under the fireplace) and spacious. I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with a fireplace and washer/dryer connection for a rent that is cheaper than many 2/1 units in the area. I feel safe here, I’m close to a park, and the complex grounds are beautiful. The reason I gave 4 out of 5 is that despite the 50-page lease filled with rules, people don’t clean up after their dogs and the dog waste in the grass is gross. Also, some residents park their cars in front of the units instead of in their parking spot. It doesn’t really bother me until there are 4 or 5 cars parked along the front of the apartments. Then I start feeling like I live in a parking lot. The street traffic can be loud, but all in all it’s a pretty, safe, and quiet place to live.

Best Apartments around. Vaulted Ceilings, A/C and a real fire place with Balcony overlooking the secured gated community. Plus the Manager Phil is wonderful he keeps a tight rains on the facility and Dave the Maintenance guy is Johnny on the spot and is like McGiver. I swore! Would never do apartment living but I am so glad we did. Thanks Guys for all that you do for us

I arrived on time to my scheduled tour, and when I showed up, the door was locked. They had no signs saying they were closed or that someone would be out for lunch, which would’ve been understandable. However, it is immature and unprofessional to go as far as making it a point to confirm the appointment a few days prior, and then choose to ghost a potential resident. I waited for 10 minutes outside of the office, while I swear I could hear someone on the other side of the wall. It is clear to me that bare-minimum service to their clientele is not a priority. You had one job.

I have been living here for over 2 years. The apartment is spacious and nice. The rose garden courtyards are lovely. I live in an upstairs apartment and have asked several times to have the outside windows washed. I have been told it would happen the past 2 summers, however the same bird crap is still there. Other than dirty windows its a pretty nice place to live.

Stephanie and Robert have promptly addressed all of our concerns and taken care of all maintenance issues we've had, Thank you for helping us and making our apartment more comfortable (:

Original review : Have lived here for 11 months now and the property has been through 3 different property managers and 3 maintenance managers, apartments get the bare minimum done, we've had several maintenance issues since moving in. Our most recent is that our hot water comes out yellow and has been for several months now and our garbage disposal stops working every other day. There's been to many issues to list, these apartments could be amazing. The layout, big windows and setting are great.

We moved in at the middle of July. Sydney, the property manager is a wonderful and friendly office manager. I love the beautiful landscaping and the fact this is a gated community. My neighbors are friendly and considerate. I am so very glad we chose to live here. My grandchildren love going to clubhouse to play pingpong, check out workout room and have a great time goofing off at pool table. I could see us living here for a very long time. It is so quiet and peaceful. I absolutely love it here.

I moved here about a year ago. Management and maintenance services have been very helpful whenever I need assistance. The apartments are kind of old and the cell service inside the apartments is horrible. These can't be fixed by management though so it's only worth one star. The other star removed is because I feel like the rent is too high for what you are getting. Over $1200 (including taxes, fees, utilities, etc) for a small 1 bedroom? Seems like a bit much.
