My girlfriend and I moved into the neighborhood back in August. We liked our unit and only had minor issues with our dishwasher. We contacted the office and within the day we had a new washer installed by Mike and another crew member in training. Everyone here has been very attentive and helpful as well as courteous. Also, the new property manager (I can’t remember her name at the moment) is awesome, and always asks how my girlfriend and I are doing among other things when we go to the office. Very welcoming and nice. Overall, the place is reasonably priced and a relatively safe neighborhood with great neighbors. Assuming rent stays relatively the same I will definitely be resigning our lease!

Move in was a breeze, Erica and Jordan are great. The maintenance guy Mike is a gem. He is very professional and respectful. He listens to your concern and get the job done at a reasonable time. Always smiling. Thankful for his hard work.

My husband and I moved in here in September of 2020 we have had nothing but amazing experience with management and with maintenance. Maintenance is always been on top of everything every time we have a problem Mike is in with and 24 hours to fix our problems. When our hot water heater went out Mike was in at 7:00 in the evening trying to make sure everything was fixed properly. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to live in Murfreesboro this is a great place with great people.

This place is great. Coming from a college apartment with roommates, this place has been plenty peaceful (with my unit more away from the main road). It's usually quiet with nice greenery to walk, though the airport noise can be somewhat noticeable at times. One thing to note is that if you're in a downstairs unit, you might hear some squeaky floorboards from above, but that's not something that can be fixed easily. Aside from all that, the maintenance team is stellar-whether it's pest control or general issues, they're always on top of my requests. Overall, I've had a good experience here and would recommend it to those who want a chill place to live.

I’m halfway through my first lease and I’ve had no issues. When I first moved in, my unit was spotless and still at this very moment, I’ve had no problems from my unit. Maintenance is very friendly and helpful. Tiara (the newest manager) and Jordan are wonderful and they really care about their residents. Highly suggest this place!

I've lived here for a few years. Property is well maintained, rent increases are reasonable, and maintenance is always timely and fixes the issue. Mike especially has been friendly and helpful in any way he can.

Maintenance is excellent! I've been here since 2018 and had a few different mx teams. They've all been good, but Mike is the superstar! I had a kitchen sink pipe burst and flood after hours. Mike answered the phone while on his way home and then turned around and came back. Fixed it in about 20 mins! He can fix anything that goes wrong in an Apt and do it in a timely manner. He's on call 24/7 365 and never complains!
