We had a great experience with North Bay Property Management. They found us a great house in the exact neighborhood we wanted. Rebecca was helpful and very porfessional in all of our dealings. The poperty was well maintained and two very minor issues were dealt with promptly and with no hassle. As a tenant, I could not have asked for better service. If I were a property owner, I would have no hesitation to hire North Bay to manage my property.

I would not hire Sue Carrell. She was unprofessional in her dealings with us and did not adequately provide the services for which she was contracted. We had a break-in at the house, and she did not follow through to make sure the property was secured. She placed one of her own clients in our property and then did not provide adequate oversight to ensure that he was adhering to the terms of the rental agreement. In all respects, she advocated for the tenant instead of for us, her paying clients. Hiring her was a costly mistake.
