Although I kept my home up. Being honest with yourself and knowing you have work do to your home, don't expect your home to sell fast as you would want. You will have codes of new requirement needs to be meet. This paying to do certain work in order for the realtor to market your home. Then you have to see how long it will take to sell. Which could be months.
North Star Property Solutions will discuss options with selling your home & cut out long on the market home sale terms. Jon is splendid in answering any questions. His representation in making sure you get the offer you want per worth of your home is hassle free. The process was easier than expected. Closing even quick. Our family gives Appreciation.

North Star Property Solutions remodeled the home we bought earlier this year. The updates the did are gorgeous, and so far (8 months in) seem to be holding up! It's not the typical "cosmetic" touch up so it looks good, but actually isn't any good, which is a relief. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that in their update, they didn't take air flow into consideration and when vaulting ceilings didn't plan for the need to have hot air escape, which meant our AC didn't work the entire summer (yes, this 2019 summer that was SO DANG HOT). That said, they've been super helpful, responsive, and their customer service and attentiveness is amazing. They have been working with me to fix the AC issue, and I am confident we'll have it all sorted soon. They know what they're doing and can be trusted!

Working with Jon Greany of North Star Property was the most efficient property transaction I have ever done.
