The lady in the office rarely answers the phone. She's rarely in the office. The maintenance people that are hired to fix things inside the apartments do very poor work. If you ever need maintenance done on your apartment, it will take months and months to be completed any expect to have to clean up after them. Buyer Beware!!! The owner needs to hire people that can and will do their jobs correctly and promptly.

I’ll never forget the cruelty and hostility I experienced from the office manager here. There is a lovely Mountain View overlooking the apartments, but there’s a reason there are always openings here. Unrealistic and invasive rules. Only one person in the office who frequently doesn’t even show up on the few days scheduled to be in there. She enjoys controlling and fining the residents whenever possible, won’t answer questions and treats you like a burden when you try to come into the office. There’s a playground but you’ll never see kids playing. Sad and oppressive place to live.

I've never rented here however I did drive up there and man what a beautiful view of Fort Payne especially at night! Beautiful place

If you are a color person don’t waste your time going here the girl in the office does not want to work with people of color and she will try everything in her power to not approve you I just wonder how many more people she have discriminated against

Wasted my time trying to get an apartment with these folks for them to tell me that my checking is not a real checking account and I ask if I go and open up a checking account and put money in this will it work that way don’t waste your time going here they will give you the run around and will discriminate so be careful
