We moved into our house eight months, and North Fork has been nothing less than accommodating and professional. Upon move-in we noticed that extensive work had been done to make the house ready for us (I.e. new paint, new fencing). We’ve only had an issue twice with the property so far, and both times we requested maintenance, North Fork was quick to respond.
