Nick was an excellent property manager to work with for an apartment we lived in Carlsbad. Very professional, attentive and friendly to work with. This has to be the BEST property management company that me and my partner have worked with. Owning investment properties, it is very important that we have a management company that not only has a sincere concern for our tenants happiness but has our (the owners) best interest in mind for our property. Nick is amazing. He handles everything and there is little no stress on our part as owners. When we have ANY questions, the response is quick and any issues are handled immediately. Set up an appointment on Saturday AM using the automated email sent to me along with the qualification info. The following Wednesday the day of my appointment I got a reminder email and text 5 hours ahead of the showing. Then got a please confirm email and text 2 hours before my appointment. I confirmed and then got an immediate notification that the showing was cancelled and this property has been taken off the market. I had taken a few hours off of work to go take a look at the place. I called and Nick was polite and apologetic. But waiting 2 hours before someone is supposed to show up is not the best way to do business. Be warned if you are dealing with “tenant turner” style automation as this kind of workflow will be prevalent and a total waste of your time.

Nick is wonderful to partner with to rent your property or to sell it. He handled everything needed to rent our place from beginning to end. When we decided to sell we were already ready to go because of he was so proactive in helping us maintain our property at a high level. We will use him again in the future and highly recommend him.

From the second I showed interest in the property up until move out time Nick has been so amazing! He has been open, honest and prompt the entire lease duration. He is always understanding and takes care of any issues to make sure tenants are well taken care of. This has been the property management company to lease through. You won’t regret working with them at all!!

Care, dedication & professionalism are three words that describe North County Premier Property group.

Finding and renting a property is hard but Nick made the application and the move as easy as possible. They quickly respond to any issues, or concerns. It’s clear that the company is also dedicated to taking very good care of the properties they manage as well.

It’s rare to find a property manager who treats tenants & the property with such respect, but North County Premier properties does just that! I’ve had an amazing experience and would highly recommend their services to tenants and owners alike.
