I lived in a North Coast United property for about three years. From the start of the leasing process, throughout the duration of my time there and the move out process Cristina was spectacular to work with. She made everything so easy, was very communicative and was always quick to respond. If any maintenance issue arose, which I did not have many, it was quickly resolved by a great team who was always so respectful while in your unit. Cristina takes pride in her properties and it really shows.

For anyone moving or looking for a place to live I would absolutely recommend looking at any property managed by North Coast United.

Managers are always available and ready to assist in every and any situation. Maintenance is always here to help. I've lived here for almost 4 years but I've always had an amazing outcome when it came to managers and Maintenance. Julianne and Allie are the most beautiful, respectful managers I have ever came across. Come live her at Parkview Apartments!

I have been a tenant of one of their properties for a few years. The team they have running the complex I stay in have been nothing but great and understanding. North Coast has a great group of people making sure all their tenants are safe, secure and informed. Any property maintence needs I have requested have been addressed and taking care of swiftly. The management team are sweet and offer a warm atmosphere anytime I walk in their office. They are on top of keeping the place a nice and welcoming area for those who want to enjoy a clean environment with a well maintained complex. I have nothing but great things to say. Thank you!

OK, this is a long review, because I wanna justify the 5 stars. I hardly ever write reviews at all, and I definitely don't go around gushing about my landlords on the internet all willy nilly.

So why should you trust me on this hot take?

A) I've lived in a LOT of rentals - 25 years worth of 'em, and I moved often. That means I've had good landlords, bad landlords, cute lil mom & pop property management companies, big evil conglomerate property management companies, the whole gambit.

B) I also worked as the property manager for a huge live/work loft building in downtown Oakland, so I've been on the other side too. I have a fair amount of perspective on this particular subject.

Anyhurr, I've lived here in this apartment for the past 12 months, in a building managed by North Coast United - 2311 U Street in Poverty Heights. For real, this place has been REALLY good to me.

When I first applied and toured the unit, I saw how nice it was, the appliances, the square footage, the neighborhood, the stupid-low rent, and I actually got worried. Too good to be true.

You know the feeling: you're apartment hunting, you're pouring over a million local ads, taking tours, and then you're like "Wait...this is the ONE! It's...insane. Like, why does this place cost that rent? Why? OK dammit, I'm either getting scammed, or there's some HUGE catch that I haven't noticed."

But this time, my friends, there was no scam, no catch, I really did get that lucky.

I mean wait, its not perfect, I do have one complaint: I wish the walls were thicker, my neighbor and I hear each other more than we'd like to. But that's a small price to pay. City living comes with some noise.

And take note: now that I've told you that these walls are thin, you can't move in here and clutch your pearls in shock when you hear the neighbor's TV show, Karen. On the flip side, don't you dare move in here and be extra loud - this place is gloriously chill, nobody should mess that up for my lovely neighbors, por favor.

On another note, Cristina is my building manager, and every time I've talked to her, she's been kind, considerate, and quick to address any issues. I don't know anything about any of the other NCU managers, but I can confidently tell you Cristina is the bee's knees, one of the best property managers I've met - which is actually saying something, I've known tonnnns.

In closing, I can only base this North Coast United review on my particular building. They chose to buy it, they did great work improving it, they gave me a downright generous deal on my apartment here, and they hired the awesome Cristina to take care of the building (and all us tenants). With that in mind: 5 STARS NCU! You earned this one.

I will absolutely be recommending North Coast United to my friends who move to Sacramento because the management team has been absolutely incredible and Polina was wonderful whenever I needed help

North coast is great. Parkview is a great complex. Julianne and Allie are phenomenal managers and make life easy. I’d highly recommend this complex as well as any other North Coast property.

I have leased with North Coast United for over a year. Units are very well maintained. Paying rent is easy with the portal. Polina in particular, has been great! VERY RESPONSIVE. Would definitely recommend for Midtown Sacramento

I just wanted to take a few moments and recognize an employee at North Coast United. Her name is Emily and she's absolutely fabulous. She is professional and is a joy to work with. I've lived at Northrop Woods for many many years and I just love this apartment complex. A few years ago I met Emily now that Northcoast United manages our property. Whenever I need to get anything done, she is always on top of everything and keeps me updated along the way. I needed a new window a few years ago and it was done very quickly and now I have a fabulous new bedroom window. Other minor things have happened along the way and she has always been right there for me. It's so important in this day and age when there is not a manager directly on site to have someone you know you can go to. She even got back to me when she was on vacation. I so much appreciate that type of individual. Thank you Emily and thank you Northcoast United for having the insight to hire her.
