I loved living in that community, it is quiet, the area is very nice and the apartments are of good size and in good condition. They also have garages (for an extra fee) and a central garden that gives a lot of life to the complex. However nothing is perfect and there are also things that are not so good, such the parking spaces are very narrow and nobody cares about cleaning the hallways. So, in general it is a good place to live, I was very happy there the last few years.

I am renting at the Robins Lane Apartments in Salem, OR. This review is for the specific management team I have interacted with for over a year since renting my current apartment.

Stevie is very nice and easy to work with. Maintenance is quick and super nice. Management seems to be very willing to communicate and work with individuals to get things done (i.e. unit inspections, maintenance coming in and out of apartment, etc.). The online portals for rent payment and requesting maintenance are easy to use. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves for the most part. The few interactions I have had have all been pleasant.

I love it here at Rose Park Apartments! Great location and close to practically everything I need. Winco is just next door! Kudos to the new property managers who keep the place running smoothly. Kari and Dustin are hands on and I sometimes see them going around doing even simple things like picking up trash. They are very warm and approachable and attend to my maintenance requests promptly. I am a very satisfied tenant 😀

I’ve had a fantastic time at Emerald Heights these past months! The property managers are incredibly nice and attentive. Even after hours, the maintenance team promptly fixed my stuck door. Plus, my neighbors have all been friendly and respectful, making it a great community. Astoria is a wonderful place to live- it’s family friendly, with lots of kids playing outside when the weather permits. My apartment is clean, and thankfully, I haven’t encountered any pest issues. When I needed to update the lease, they made the process quick and hassle-free! It backs up to a forested area with lots of green grass for my pup to walk on. Highly recommend!

Great, quiet place to live. Right next to Gabriel Park! Wonderfully cared for by an exceptional on-site manager! And any maintenance issues are quickly done - and done well!

Trash management company. They constantly hire bad managers. 4 managers in 4 years. The nice one quit after a few months. The mean one stayed 2 years. Their supervisor is rude as can be and very stand-offish. They raise our rent every chance they get (except once, in 4 years, tbh.) Our pool got torn up in February. They did nothing for 5 months. They decided to start working on it, June 21st.... the first day of summer. They promised every it would be ready for summer... they finished the construction on October 21st and immediately shut it down for the year. A contractor messed it up and just left the job. There was rumors it wasn't worth it to NS to fix it so corporate just let it sit for months. I asked the manager twice about it and was given a rude walk away with attitude each time. Tbh, she seems over-whelmed at all times. Construction contractors trash sits in our common area on the grass and in our gardens for months on end. They tear up perfectly good sidewalks just to replace em, like that's what the citizens want their money to be spent on. I was assaulted by a contractor and didn't even punch him back and the manager took his side, asked me to go into my place so they could work and when the cops showed up, she never told me or gave me a chance to tell em my side and sent them away. The parking spots barely fit any of our vehicles so it's near impossible for people with medium sized vehicles parked next to each other to get out. Plenty of door dings and shared paint to the point my neighbors moved out because management would not do anything. Insulation around the doors leaks (water during heavy rain) so heating bills are huge in the winter. No A/C in the units, no window ac units allowed (in case it needs to be used as a fire exit.... when right next to the sliding glass door..... on the 3rd floor). No storage allowed on the (4'x5') balconies. Came home one day and my apartment was (literally) 102 degrees inside with my dog digging through the carpet to get out because their thermostat broke. Contractors washed out their concrete wheel barrows into our rose garden so they put mulch on top of it to cover it up. They turned our only ramp into a step so now none of the apartments in the facility are wheelchair accessible. The water pipes are disgusting. They shut em off for a little bit and all the rust from the interior drops in and the water comes out brown for the next 5 minutes. Makes me worry if it's even safe to drink. They consistently clog deep in the system. Trash truck comes super early in the morning. I could go on but you get the point.

We love our Windmill apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The remodel is like living in a brand new unit. The onsite management is wonderful. Friendly and responds quickly to any needs. The property is well maintained with the property in excellently condition. We have had no issues with Norris.

Willamette Terrace has improved a lot over the last year. The rent is affordable. The maintenance is on top of things. The management is friendly. And the owner is involved in what’s going on with the tenants. It’s a safe and good place to live if you don’t mind the noise from the train nearby.
