This was probably the best dealership I been too my sales representative was really cool I’d definitely recommend this place. Omar was really cool and was able to get me a good deal. And something that makes this dealership great is that you’re not pressured in buying a car right there and then. Everyone is really nice. They all deserve a raise in their paycheck.

Savannah is the most experienced and knowledgeable person I have encountered at Ford. She handled a billing issue regarding a car rental I was told would be covered. I have received the bill about 3 times, and each time I take it, I am directed to the rental place. I explained that I needed to go to the rental place before I went home. She told me not to worry. She would take care of it. The bill was from almost a year ago, and no one took the time to look into what was happening as Savannah did. She truly does take care of the customers. Thank you!

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at Norm Reeves Ford yesterday. From the moment I walked in everyone made sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions, and most importantly didn't waste my time. The numbers I spoke about with Jorge didn't change when it went to finance, we easily made a few adjustments, and the deal was done. I was in and out in about 2-hours. Other dealers should send their people here to see how it's done!!

Norm Reeves has been my preferred dealership now for over a decade. They are very good and appreciate their professionalism. They also listen to their reviews since I have criticized them for not washing my car years ago and they have resumed car washes. I have criticized the process they use for `bring in cars into the service queue since it takes so long. Although they still need to improve this area I see that they are trying to do things differently in order to shorten the wait time until your car is registered into service. My latest experience which was just for a battery change was very good. The only glitch was when they returned my car I had a check engine light that they did not realize. Fortunately, I caught it before leaving the dealer and since it was just a reset it was taken care of right away. I am a loyal customer of Cerritos Norm Reeves.
