Terrible management even before they switched over from Crown Realty property management. From withholding your access to your trash utility that you pay for and don't get access to for 3 months and even off and on after that. Promising to give you a key so you could at least have access. No promises were kept. I had to resort to disposing of my trash elsewhere. Everyone else that I shared the apartment complex with left their trash outside because what choice did we have? It left us with a severe ant problem, which they knew about... Foundation is also slapped together. When it came to renewing my lease, it never happened, but I stayed until I couldn't take the poor management anymore. Extremely shady. On top of that, being charged $70 for a sewage fee every month when clearly there were plumbing issues and needing the water to be shut off every other month for maintenance, which I still have the letters as proof. Pretty sure I was being double charged. There was also a tenant that they continued to allow to live there even after cops were called several times for domestic violence and gun violence. Nothing was resolved even after I gave them police report information about the incidents and how unsafe I felt. I ultimately decided to vacate, and my issue now is being charged a late fee for the "utilities" I owed. I paid for the time spent there and have more than enough proof to prove my claims. On top of being wrongfully charged for a cleaning fee that was $175....I have video proof of the place being spotless as well. My holding deposit was also returned late, I might add. If I don't receive my full return immediately, I will have no choice but to leave this dispute to the court. I deserve so much compensation at this point for not only my money but also the emotional distress caused during my stay, but I guess it's my fault for being understanding and lenient? What I've learned from this experience is don't take disrespect and don't live at any property they are managing...

Beware!!! Horrible management!!! I applied for a studio on 4/16 and was told the application was submitted to property manager and to this day I have not received an update. I would follow up daily and would be told they were waiting to hear back. I gave up on 4/24. Check reviews before applying!! No sense of urgency or empathy for applicants!!!
