My word,Just now looking at the reviews, not good at all . Still I believe in give everyone a chance. I Literally just started doing business with this company yesterday. I put in an application for a property that I'm interested in . I'm going to start this company out with five stars It will be interesting to see by the time our business has come to an end if I feel they deserve to keep 5 stars.

I went to a open house on king canyon drive to see a house that David and Nissi property was showing. I submitted and paid the application fee and never heard anything back from them. I called several time receive and received a message saying they are short staffed. Be careful these people are out here taking application fees and personal information. Could be a potential scam. The house at king canyon drive is still listed as available be careful they never answers calls or reach back out to you. Very unprofessional

Seriously disappointed in our working with this company, mainly agent David Alvarez. First, he was very unresponsive and did not pay close attention to the needs of us, his clients. We felt like we sold our house on our own; he never showed our house (via open house, even after our requests), he promised a virtual video for our listing which was never performed, and we continuously had to reach out to him to follow up on matters. We have sold three houses so we know how business should be conducted, therefore we determined that we would never recommend working with this agent. (A main concern was that he was very dismissive of documented deadlines and emails and texts that we sent him). I dont think he picked up more than once when i called him.
