My husband and I had been thinking of selling our home and starting the search for a new home for quite some time, but it took us a little while to build up the courage to do it. Her proactive attitude found us the home we were dreaming of, that wasn’t even on the market! Our offer was accepted and shortly after she listed our home for sale in Aberdeen. Within one week of our home being listed for sale, we accepted an amazing offer.
We cannot thank Nicole enough for all the time and effort she put into making our family’s dream come true. Not only is she a consummate professional, she has a heart of gold and genuinely cares about her clients. She truly listens to her clients and only has their best interest in mind. We will recommend Nicole over and over again to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell their home. You will never regret the decision of having Nicole and her fantastic team by your side and in your corner. Although we are beyond excited for our future in our new home, I am also sad to close this chapter and will miss spending time with Nicole during the house hunting/selling process. She is truly a wonderful realtor and person in every way!
