Nikki went above and beyond to help us find our first home. She was invaluable in helping us navigate this volatile housing market and made sure we were in a home we felt comfortable in. We had quite the list of must-haves that we wanted in our home, including a yard for our dogs, space to entertain, a neighborhood that felt safe. Not only did she help us check off those boxes but she paid such close attention to the market that she saw our home and had us touring it within half hour of it hitting the market. We were the first ones in and had she not seen it and acted so quickly it would have been snatched up for sure. It’s been three years since we have been our home and I frequently catch myself thinking about how glad I am that we are able to live here. I always recommend Nikki to anyone interested in buying in the Southern California area.

I highly recommend Nikki as your real estate agent to assist in buying or selling a property. She is so tentative to her clients and was super informative as we were first time home buyers. She takes the time to understand what you want in a home and there is absolutely no way we would have found our home and had our offer accepted without her. I recommend her to all my friends, but I hope others have the pleasure of working with her. She is down to earth and so easy and lovely to work with.
