Lionel and Alcania were amazing at helping us sell our house. Lionel had great knowledge of the market and how our house would sell in the market. Him and Alcania were available at all times when we had questions or concerns. They helped us every step of the way and never made us feel like we were nagging them with millions of questions. They were able to have our house sold and closed in a little over a month. This office is very professional and they make you feel like family not just another person selling a house. If you ask a lot of questions, like myself, he is the perfect partner to pair up with. He is prompt with his responses, professional at all times and patient! A perfect team player. Our 4 month deal also fell apart but Lionel, with his extensive contacts, was able to find someone to help us. Needless to say we were able to close.
