Julio Roman was extremely helpful in helping us buying our first house. He took time to find the house that fit our description and the area we stated we wanted. Julio didn’t rush us to get whatever was available at the time but he made sure we find a home that satisfy our needs as a young couple moving out of the City and starting our family in New Jersey. Worst realtor ever, i dealt with julio roman unethical and unprofessional. They only show the houses they please, weeks go on by before hearing from him. This realtor doesnt work for you they work for the seller. They told me dont worry, i have the loan officer from td bank Alex Cruz and lawyer. Bunch of conartist. BEWARE OF NJ CHOICE REALTOR.
