They got me more for the rental than the last company and have had great communication so far. Would recommend for property management.

When renewals are due they make recommendations on rent values and seem to have your best interest in mind.

Beware of this company. I contacted them about managing a property. The property management agreement that the owner insisted I sign included a provision stating: "In no event shall Broker or its associates be liable to Owner for damages of any kind in excess of the commission paid to Broker under this agreement." In other words, they could burn my property to the ground day 1, before a commission was due, and I would have no ability to recover any damages from them. Buyer beware.

If there is an issue with renters or the property they swiftly take care of the issue at hand. I highly recommend newcastle for all your needs for renting out your home.
