We had the pleasure of working with Kami Scarborough for our rental property. She is always on top of every detail and keeps an open line of communication. She took wonderful care of our property and tenants while we were out of state, not once did we have to come back to deal with problems. She consistently sent us our invoices and deposits monthly. We wish we had access to her service in other states because Kami truly outperformed herself! New Stone Realty is by far the best company we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

They are all really friendly. They have always sent someone out to do repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them as far as renting from them. The only negative thing I really have to say is that THEY ARE RARELY AT THE PLACE. I prefer to pay my monthly rent in person instead of dropping it off in the door. But it is hard to catch them there.
