Everyone who called this a scam is true. I paid $100 just for a viewing. And i thought it was sketchy. I should have followed my gut instinct. The one who is writing the comments to the reviews is a scammer. Ill report this everywhere.

**** for the reply of the owner. First of all, i only wanted 1 viewing for 1 listing. I was already registered to a website where they post available apartments. Why do you need $100 just for a viewing of 1 specific place. I did not ask for other places. You dont need to know the entirety of my back ground just to view 1 specific address. I read another customer did the same thing with you and absolutely wasted their time for a MONTH going to FAKE listings.

If I could give no stars I would. This business has failed to do their job for over a month and took $100 from me for a 3-month contract. I have had no meetings with any landlords, half the landlords I called directly have already sold the room, AND they never respond back to my emails. This place actually has the nerve to answer "hello" when anyone calls them, and nothing else. As if they can't say their business name like anyone else?

They are now avoiding my calls and (you won't believe this) when I called on my other number, it sounded like someone was snoring on the other end? Like purposefully snoring, loudly so I could hear it. It was so bizarre I had to write this review down (seriously, if you don't believe me I will gladly show proof that this happened).

I've reported this horrible business to the BBB, I truly hope they shut down, and based on the ridiculous way they respond to clients on here, they should have shut down years ago. Absolutely terrible.

P.S: no I'm not a fake reviewer, I have unfortunately paid my dues to this hole of an establishment, and can show proof of that as well. Since they want to cry fake to anyone who doesn't give a glowing review on here.

Please find your apartment with another agency.

Update 8/23/23: Someone eventually got back to me (after many many calls) and provided listings that were either unavailable or not at all what I needed in an apartment. I eventually found an apartment, but this listing was on so many other rentals sites that I was better off saving my money. Take my advice, do not spend your money for this horrible business.

I registered for the service to be able to contact landlords in the properties I was interested in. I sent information to the email NJ Rentals requested as they assured me they would schedule my appointments with the landlords and I never got a response from them. I even tried contacting the landlords myself and received no response either. Definitely not worth your time or money to register, seems more like a scam than anything.
Their unprofessional responses to those who had a similar experience tell the tale from beginning to end.

THESE ARE NOT APARTMENTS THAT ARE ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. I saw an apartment on apartments.com that was perfect. I had been looking for 3 months (10/21-present) without luck and was so happy to find something in my budget that was in a good area and accepted pets. When I called, I specifically asked if this apartment was available and was told that I would have to pay $100 to get access on THEIR website to get the contact information. Because I was desperate at this point and had CONFIRMED that this listing was available on their site, I went to take a look and saw other apartments that fit my criteria. Cool, I thought, I will splash out the $100. Guess what? The confirmed apartment was NOT on the site and all FIVE of the other properties that I called told me that no, they actually do not have anything available.

This morning I called back, frustrated, and was told that they do not do refunds and that the girl who had told me that the apartment was available had been working on her first day. Uh huh, awfully convenient for you, but also NOT my problem. Bad business for her mistake to be my problem. I would have never paid the money if she had said, no, we don't have that apartment. She said that they update their listings every afternoon and that I just needed to wait. LOL. I saw the apartments on Friday morning, got all of the contact information and called on Saturday morning. It is now Saturday afternoon at 4:10 and the same unavailable apartments are listed. So Friday afternoon AND Saturday afternoon weren't enough time for you to do your "daily" updates? Supposedly the manager was going to give me a call back today, but I called at 12 and now it is 4PM. Also, just checked the site and all of those unavailable apartments are still listed. SCAM. (Edit: I also sent their customer service an email before calling. This has also gone unanswered 🙂

Yeah I feel totally ripped off, I feel like going to the news about this company… i’ve called so many times and EVERY apartment they have on their site is already rented or no answer or call/email back for appointments. I asked for my money back and they give me the run around for a service THAT HAS DONE NOTHING for me. I only had it for a month and NOTHING. I’m looking and running around finding my own place WITHOUT their help. ALSO your website DOES ask for credit card info. I had to pay the 100 with my card.

CAN I GET A CALL BACK OR MY MONEY Back? Or do I call EYEWITNESS NEWS OR FOX 5 about your guys scamming people from their money? I’ll give u 3 days to reply or refund or answer me before I go to them about your criminal empire

****** UPDATE ****** (I REALIZED I WAS ON WRONG GOOGLE ACCOUNT !! THIS IS MY UPDATED REVIEW WITH MY NAME BRYANNA URBAEZ. )
PLEASE LOOK UP MY ACCOUNT NOW AND GET BACK TO ME WITH CORRECT INFO. THANK YOU

If i was able to put 0 stars i would. this company charged my card and never got in contact with me. the information listed is all incorrect. multiples units i went to visit and no sign in front or house looked totally different. landlords dont answer the phone. i spoke to someone in the office and when i asked about a unit she said she will reach out to the landlord. (never got any call back). she text me a link from what seemed to be her cell phone, because when i called the office number and no one answered me i called that number she text me from and she answered right away. you are suppose to have someone working with you and no one ever freely reached out to me or assistance in my renting. 2 weeks after i was charged my card on file has fraudulent activity where almost $800 was spent over a month. (i dont use this card often, and when i checked my balance it was WAY TOO LOW, when i checked acitvity so many charged back to back from amazon, overstock, even paypal) might be a coincidence but it think not. this place seems very scam and I will make sure everyone knows about it.

Update : sent an email to see if I can speak to someone in person due to the very unprofessional response to this review to see if someone can help me resolve my issue . Spoke to Elizabeth who was extremely nasty and wouldn’t let me speak . As soon as I said the words fraudulent she got loud and wouldn’t even let me say anything. Continued on about my double charge that they refunded me because apparently I clicked The button twice. “They are secured by PayPal” so she says . My receipt didn’t come from PayPal like a normal charge would . I let Her know that I actually Did respond to the criteria form and reached out to landlords and no one ever got back to me. I spoke To her back in June/July and she said she would call the properties I gave her and again never got back to me . You pay $100 to be ignored until your account expires. I found my current apartment through a Different agency since this one couldn’t properly assist. It doesn’t hurt to check up on your clients a few times a month to see if everything is going smoothly. I’m Not even sure if Elizabeth is the manager or receptionist but she should be fired. I’ll be contacting authorities soon and maybe this place can finally be shut down before they scam all of north jersey.

WHAT A SCAM!!! These scammers are more and more creative each day! They are using my property photos and listing my property for rent when I never gave them consent and it is not available, the listing of my property was a 1 bedroom but they are listing as a 2 bedroom. I keep getting calls from people asking for this property that doesn't exist. I called the company to have my apartment removed from their scamming website but they do not answer. Please don't fall for the scam!

This isn’t a real agency, no help at all. Takes your 100 and you never get any listings or help. You guys stole my money but it’s fine I’ll NEVER let anyone I know EVER ever ever trust you people. If you’re “fair” then refund me back my money ASAP because you have done NOTHING not 1 thing for me. So give me your address that I can come to and get my 100 I paid back.
