Slumlords, had a guy come out over a year ago to look at the broken stove and he said that the replacement parts are no longer available because this stove has been phased out so it needed replaced and it never was, along side the dishwasher with a broken heat element, termites, and missing finish grills for the wall mounted ac unit that was promised upon move in that it would be replaced. Also served a “no cause eviction” 11 days after paying rent. Best of luck to the poor souls who are forced into the same position I was in to sign a lease with them.

Absolute WORST property management I’ve ever had to deal with. I have a 10 year rental history and have never experienced anything so awful before.
Slumlords and money hungry. I lived with broken, HAZARDOUS appliances for over a year.
Was served a no cause eviction out of no where a week after I paid rent on time.
Never rent through them. Anywhere else in Carson is better than this place.

This place is Horrible. They are legal sheisters please people, before signing a lease , read it . They charge for new locks when you move out. Very unreasonable people to talk to. My daughter lived in one of their houses and she had a Black widow infestation and she was told that they are just common house spiders. So she ended up paying for an exterminator herself.
SHAME ON NEVADA PREMIER PROPERTIES.
