Rented a duplex from Neese Properties on Julia St. Before I moved in the apartment was full of fleas had to cuss him out to get it treated. Then my downstairs neighbor had a German Shepard that cried all day... and she had bed bugs that traveled into my apartment. The ceiling started leaking & called him to come repair it, he lied & told me somebody would come fix it... they never showed up. A few months went by & on New Years Eve the ceiling fell in damaged my clothes, shoes, etc. The last straw was when I woke up to a squirrel at the for of my bed. He came in from a hole in the bathroom floor underneath the tub. He put some mesh & brillo pad to cover the hole up. He tried to evict me, so I hired a lawyer & he dropped the eviction & told me to just get out. Lol never again

Horrible. Squirrels in the ceiling. Foundation cracked in several places. So water seeped in damaging my furniture. Couldn't get renters insurance through anyone. All of the light switches stop operating properly. Always having to unplug things to operate something else. Then in the end the ceiling started leaking and the walls started separating because of the window units.

This guy is a joke. Once he has your info he will hound you for "referrals" to people who need their credit fixed. Hound. Like a broken record. And then has the gall to want a CO-SIGNER for a $425 drty old apartment in a slum neighborhood with dead roaches in the tub, amoung other things. I'd LOVE to see someone with "great' credit rent one of your "properties". Not happening. Hound on dude.
