The weirdest commercial real estate brokerage I've ever encountered.

Called three times over the course of a week about a property listed on the NavPoint website. The receptionist was short each time I called and transferred me each time to the same voicemail - but no one ever called back.

After a week of trying to connect via telephone, I emailed the company and got a terse reply. The broker said the property listed on their site wasn't available (although more than a week later it is still listed as active) but they had a different spot in the same complex. Someone would call me. They never did.

I'm guessing this firm lists properties that aren't available as a way to bring in clients, but their follow up is baffling - why work to bring in clients only to ignore them when they call?

If I were a property owner with space to lease or sell, I'd avoid NavPoint - they make zero effort to actually lease space. I'd never use them to represent my commercial business either.

I'm curious how businesses like this stay in business. It's a mystery.

Our experience with NavPoint and Matt Kulbe was excellent.
