This is one of the most professional companies I’ve ever received help from. The agents are kind and caring. They’re always ready to help and assist, I never felt like a customer but a family member under their care. The initial set-up took a bit but after my acceptance, everything was easy and fair. Thanks to their services, I was able to complete my payments and become debt free within 2 years. This was a super smooth experience, I appreciate all the help. I highly recommend Navicore Solutions to anyone who’s having no luck in paying off their debt.

Definitely not a good start. Originally when I spoke, we were going to start the program in February. However, due to automatic payments coming out in the beginning of the month, we made some changes and the first payment was going to start in March. Apparently when you talk to these people after you sign up for the program, they really don’t care about anything except getting you on the program. Today February 15th, when I looked at my account, they took the payment out anyways. I’m going to see what I can do to cancel this program apparently when you speak to their customer service people the only thing they’re concerned about is signing you up not follow through on your discussions

Navicore was the best solution for paying off my debts. They negotiated lower interest rates, made the payments each month so I didn't have to worry about it and made my life debt free! I would recommend them to anyone who has let credit cards get the better of them.

Overall, I don’t think Navicore solutions has done a bad job whatsoever. Their onboarding was thorough and the platform was easy to understand. However, I have had a problem with and will continue to have a problem with one of my creditors, showing three months of late payments after I started the program and had been paying for three months 690 to Navicore solutions. I was told that if I had problems with creditors to send them information so they can look at the problem. All I have gotten from them was pushback that just because I paid them doesn’t mean My payments weren’t late. Well, what am I doing this for if it doesn’t satisfy the creditor. This is the main reason I have not been able to get a consolidation loan or any worthwhile loan to where I would be able to pay back the entire sum based on credit worthiness and essentially have one loan that probably would cost less than $690 a month. I am simply furious that no one at Navi course solutions would even consider that I could be correct or that these creditor should not have late payment sent to my credit bureau when they in fact paid them for those three months. It feels like I am a peon and not worth taking the time to even look at my situation. All they did was send me documentation of when they paid the creditors. There is no counseling whatsoever in this at all on top of that they negotiated down my apt which I appreciate, but my payments seem to only be barely Touching the principal balances resulting in several more thousand dollars worth of payments and $60 a month towards maintenance fee, where they don’t do anything because it’s an automated withdrawal from my bank account in the first place. I asked if they could possibly help me with the creditor or bureau with the first three months of my program showing that I paid and basically they told me it was in my hands to deal with and on top of it all I said I wanted to move to another company and I got three or four paragraphs of why I shouldn’t do that and basically Scare tactic me into not doing it so that I did not lose what progress they did do for me. It is a no-win situation and I thought I was part of this program because I was overextended due to a job loss while building an addition on my home which put me in a bad spot From a legitimate hardship. And on top of it now a core solutions was the company that My creditor suggested and approved me for which makes me feel like it’s not truly a third-party, but an alliance as that is the creditor that’s giving me all the problems and I never had good experiences with them Since I started. But that’s a
another story for a whole Other day. Ask this question to yourself. I start this program. I make my payments three months ahead of time to accrue enough money to have NS start payments and then my statements come back in my credit bureau statement show I am late for those three months with this creditor only. When in fact they were paid the money that was negotiated with them and I have proof but no one cares. If there’s a reason that this happened, it’s unbeknownst to me and Acco solution should be helping me navigate through it because I would have figured out how to pay that to not live in this credit nightmare but I thought I was all good boy was I wrong?

TLDR: Navicore might be a good option if you don’t have past due amounts at sign-up. If you DO have a past due credit account(s), you might end up in a worse position.

Good:
- The debt management program (DMP) does help eliminate debt.
- Some people really do seem to care and do their best to help you.

Not so good:
- A lot of people there don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. They can also be rather condescending and unhelpful when you call, even if you’re calling per their instructions (e.g., letting them know you had a change in financial situation as they tell you to do).
- They charge a monthly fee (mine is around $40), which may not be too bad, but you may be able to find a cheaper option. Also, your payment isn’t sent to the creditors until a week after you pay Navicore, which may cause you to have late payments, so you need to be careful about the Navicore due date as the creditors still expect payment by their original due dates.
- They oddly leave out pertinent information when you sign on, information that may change your mind about joining them. For example, in my, and others’, experience, they fail to say that if your account is past due, you’ll be expected to pay the past due amount immediately to the creditors to avoid late reports to your credit and charge offs (COs) on top of the payment to Navicore, which is insane when they know you don’t have the money. You may be advised to pay a little extra each month to catch up on the past due amount(s), which may not be possible per your budget, that they went over with you by the way, and your account could still be charged off regardless. The best case scenario would then of course be to pay the creditors all the money up front, but if you could do that, you probably wouldn’t need Navicore.
- I had an account charged off after making payment on time, and when I asked Navicore about it because I was confused, they were confused because the account was still in good standing in their system (I only knew it was charged off because of my credit report). They then only called the creditor to confirm it was charged off, speculated as to why when I asked, updated it in their system, and even supported my (naive) fight with the creditor against the CO that I thought breached contract. It took 2 YEARS to get a straight answer from Navicore that it didn’t matter what Navicore or the creditor said, since this program isn’t legally binding, the creditors can pretty much agree to anything under their DMP and then go against that agreement as they wish because the DMP isn’t legally binding “as stated in your paperwork”. (And I only got this answer after I called them because the creditor sent the account to debt collection [after making all my payments on time], and I stated to the Navicore rep that a credit repair company told me the creditor couldn’t rightfully charge off my account as I paid per the letter agreement the CREDITOR themselves sent me regarding the DMP. Navicore made it clear that the credit repair company was incorrect.) When I then asked if I should withdraw the account from the DMP and try to settle then, I was advised to keep it in, even though my credit is continuously taking a hit by the CO being reported monthly.

Overall, I would only go with this company again if I was desperate and had no other options. I naively signed on with them without doing much review as my bank referred me to them after my credit debt grew during COVID unemployment. My debt has decreased, but I would review other options beforehand if I could go back.

I write this review mainly to give others awareness of what you may be walking into so you can make a better informed decision. Good luck to all on your becoming debt free journey!
