This place is Trash!!!!!!! Don’t rent here!!!!They burglarize your vehicles and home. Maintenance don’t come for emergencies on the weekend. They shoot out here. Some neighbors are just NASTY. Don’t waste your money coming here. RUNNNNNNNNM!!!!! Someone save me from these trenches‼️ Jesus help me‼️

This property management try to extort money from me and family. They are very unprofessional and prejudice people running the office. After I did not pay them money they try to extort from me they hit me with applications on my face and told me to go to the Hispanic Family Center if I needed help.

The property manager NIRVANA has a nasty attitude when the conversation does not go her way. She threatened me about back rent and eviction when there is no documents with my signature even stating I will be paying rent moving forward. She said and I quote "If you don't pay that money you know what's going to happen". and then proceeded to hang up on me. I tried calling back and no answer. Never in my life have I dealt with someone so unprofessional, and I have been a tenant for 7 years.

Horrible people the office staff will not help you. Don't rent from these people. I went without a/C in hot florida during the summer. They had to get special unit made in China...They sell properties leaving behind huge debt unpaid causing seniors and disabled to live under horrible conditions. All lies Don't fall for advertisements on the internet. All lies. So much to say that's honestly of horror. How do you people sleep at night knowing what is happening to yourtenants. .

They are horrible people all they care about is their money in their pockets don't care about their tenants take advantage of low income people on ssi expect 10,000 dollars from an ssi recipient and they are to blame they kept sending dca payments back and let tenants live with no heat or hot water and a gas leak and rodents soon as a tenant has financial hardship quick to throw them out not caring if they homeless me personally I would never rent from there they are horrible they do it to seniors too don't rent fron them

I'm back again Nationwide housing is very Compliant but very non Compliant to some when it come to race & ig this is why they play paper trial games with they corporation & management Ratio today was attacked again by some uncontrollable dogs again management said they'll handle it over a month ago yet everyday samething lady have over 8 dogs don't speak no English I remember ppl being put out for less issues so many things need to be brought to the light they're just as corrupt as they was reasons why lose his lawyer license it's okay because its ppl willing to come together with loophole with issues that can get them books open

Nothing but wonderful experiences !! Super staff always taking care of their tenants . The most impressive customer service I have ever seen in my life ! Was like a trip to heaven they even offered me a free coffee 😉

I live in Baltimore under these people terrible been without air conditioning for 7 days, daughter has chronic asthma, and still not fixed yet. Matinence sucks.
