The level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff has been deeply disappointing. There appears to be a complete disregard for residents’ concerns, which are treated with indifference—at times, even as a joke. This behavior is not only unacceptable but genuinely disturbing. It is difficult to believe that this type of treatment is allowed to persist, and I have never experienced anything like it from any other company.

Well for starters I was told I couldn't work on my own car which was in the garage. I had a chair in the front patio but it wasn't patio furniture. I had a Ring camera, installed for well over a year but had to remove it due to being on the stucco. I've had to buy new front windows because some homeless person threw a rock through it. Even though management says outside issues are for the HOA

I have sent a payment to National Property for $406.62 that was to the wrong place. The money was deducted from my account that I meant to go to my HOA. I received late fees from my HOA which I have paid but $406.62was taken from my account by National Property Management. I have sent registered mail to National Property that was never answered. This is theft of my checking account by this company. The registered mail showed this money deducted from my checking account. My registered mail was ignored by National Property Management in Valencia. But someone signed for it. I sent an EFT to National Property Management in error. It was kept by National Property Management. My money has not been returned to me even after I sent registered mail. How is this money accounted for? I worked for NASA in the accounting. This is theft of my money by National Property Management.

Working with Arthur has been an absolute pleasure! His expertise in the real estate market, professionalism, and years of experience made the entire home-buying process seamless. I highly recommend Arthur for anyone looking for a top-notch realtor who goes above and beyond to make your real estate dreams a reality!

Horrible communication, a terrible website, and expensive service.

So I feel scammed... this year signed up for automatic payments on their website, but (unknown to me) something went terribly wrong.... the automatic payments were not processing... but instead of alerting me to the problem right away, this company allowed the account to go unpaid, finally alerting me many months later with a threat... they were planning on placing a lien against my home.

During that time, and before the threat, this company piled on exorbitant late fees... fees and unpaid balances which you can't even check by logging into their website... the same website that allegedly accepts those automatic payments...

So by keeping me confused and uninformed, they were able to extract my money. Whether or not they planned it that way doesn't matter to me. Either way it is unacceptable.

I wish I could leave on a positive note, but I can't. They do the a lousy job with the property maintenance while charging the highest HOA fees in my area... They're just awful at what they do.

This company is horrible. The staffing always seem annoyed when you call to ask about anything. Can’t ever seem to get any clear answers from the owner Andrew. I don’t understand how this company is still in business? They treat the homeowners poorly when they feel challenged by them for asking questions about funds and assessments. Forget that they work for us homeowners and not the other way around. Claims transparency, yet the homeowner never get any clear answers. There is something not right about this company. There seems to be mismanagement of funds with not only my HOA but others HOA’s from what some of their review have claimed.

If you leave a message and ask for them to return a call don’t hold your breath. They don’t return calls. The phone to open the front gate has been not functioning for one year and still hasn’t been fixed. As the building ages and leaks water, we have been told that we are personally and financially responsible to fix it. They hire the cheapest people to attend to the building. To them it’s a business. To us who live here it’s our home. I’m very disappointed and annoyed.
