I am so grateful to have AARON SISON as our Landsea representative.
He is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and has great customer care.
He really does care if you feel comfortable and answers all my questions about the needs of the house and how to maintain it.

These homes are beautiful 😻 it’s such a private area, very quiet and peaceful.

Super disappointing. Horrible customer service. I just tried to come tour these model homes and learn more about purchasing a home at 1:20pm on a Saturday and they were closed. After a while, someone finally came out to their locked door, pocked a head out and said they were closed because “it was too windy”. There was no visible signage that their policy is they would close if it is windy. Not once did they off any information or want to provide us with materials to take home. We will not be coming back. Not sure I would want to buy a home that can’t even be open when it’s too windy in an area that’s constantly windy.
