I have been helping a family try to find a place to live since their house was destroyed. They have been living in one room since last summer. We went by nailer realty to check on renting an apartment October of 2022. We were told by Donald nailer and Teresa Mercer to put in an application. We did and this is August 2023 and I know of 4 apt that came open and were filled by people who just put in an application the month before they got the apartment! I have called every month since October 2022 sometimes twice a month trying to help this family and told every time nothing was open. Today Donald Nailer said one was open but Teresa said a woman who has rented from them has asked for her son to get it! We have been waiting 10 months and someone can ask without having an application in This is descrimination and biased practice! I would not recommend these people at all. If they can do this to your face and knowing the dire situation then they will do anything!
Teresa Mercer just now calls me saying she appreciates this review says she isn't responsible for anyone's hardships and then hangs up on me! I called her out on skipping us over for an apt. This is how they handle business!
