We had to go through lawyer to point our their own mistake sending 30 termination letter. Their own lease states only if the building is sold they can give 90 days notice. We had extended lease that they have no recall of before we sent it to them.
They sent bill for 5 days after everything stating lease is terminated in case that we had another letter for withdrawal there 30 day notice and providing 90 days notice. No single thing they know about properties they manage. They don’t answer phones ! Every single thing you should go through lawyer then of course you point out their own miss management.
Please stay away from this guys !

Waste of time!!!

Contact by Eric Seidenglanz, he showed me a property for lease at 7361 ethel ave .

I said I good to go, he said he will sent me the application and he needs some bank statement so I send it over and he asked for more paperwork I said ok I will send it over shortly just send me the application he answer was: we may rent the unit to someone else…. Why waste other people time

Check with your “other people “ and then ask me to send you all my paperwork I hate people who think they can eat the cake and leave it whole.
Never will contact you again!

This review is for NAI and their agent Ziv Kozaski, I have know Ziv for over 10 years and used to work in a different commercial real estate office with him. A few years ago we decided to cooperate and work on a deal together, I agreed to hand him over the transaction for a 30% referral fee which we placed in writing. When the deal closed he refused to pay me and told me I could have less than 5% or nothing. I had to hire an attorney, get his office and broker involved in order to finalize a settlement. This is very unprofessional and I would use extreme caution if you are involved in a transaction with them.

Your receptionist lady she sounds a bit old over the phone. I called in on April 20th 2020 at around 11:07 am. I found a property I was interested in and she was very unprofessional and rude. When I asked for her name she refused to give and just said “I’m the receptionist” she must have wake on the wrong side of the bed. She was extremely unprofessional and lacks basic customer service! Did not get the help I was looking for and very disappointed. Would not recommend recommend
