NAI Alliance Carson City is the worst reale state company in carson city you can deal with, the only thing care about is money and money and money. Chryl Evans is the one I'm dealing with and her crew (Jennifer, Katie..) I've been tenant in my location 10 years before she bought this place 2 years ago, Never been late and the former manager was so sweet always taking care of issues, This time I have swage smell in my unite since July 2018 and I keep calling and calling , emailing and everytime The whole vrew tried to point the finger at me that this is your unit issue and you have to take care of it . Finnaly I got health department inspector, Public work, Tech Plumbing Technician and every single of them said the ptoblem coming from next unit they trying to renovate from swage piping and up to this date they hae not take care of the issue and she just keep asking for the rent, I lost lots of business and basically is health hazard.
