Have you waiting months before you could move in after you've already paid the deposit and 1st months rent. Doesn't like to fix anything at all I've been waiting almost 2 years for them to come fix my air and I really mean almost 2 years. They half fix up the apartment for you to move in things still were broken and not fixed when they told me my apartment was ready and it took them months to even come back and repair them. They didn't want to change the rugs I complained and complained. They expected me to live in a place with dirty carpet that looked like homeless people have been taking over the apartment before they decided to rent it out. They never answer the office phone AT ALL. I was struggling is the only reason why I settled to rent from them but they are not good people to rent from period. They don't even want to work with you on the rent since they aren't fixing anything.

This guy is something else! i do Not recommend any contact with this character. Dude is downright disgusting with his assumptions and lack of cooperation in a medical emergency. If you choose this company and this man do so at your own risk. His reviews are quite telling.

They never like answering the phone and the maintenance guy is always saying he’s busy. He just don’t like fixing things, basically he doesn’t like doing his job! Terrible rent people to go through!

Put in a application to rent an apartment, never called me back and on top of that they never answer the phone , I had to call the maintenance guy to try and get in touch with the owner to see about my application and I got the run around , take your money some where else not worth the time, it shouldn’t take 3 weeks to know whether or not you got approved ?
