I was looking for a way to fund my new franchise business. I learned about the ROBS program through my franchise advisor. He did suggest another company to handle to the process, but it was very expensive. After some searches and interviews I put all of the information together and decided to to with Mysolo 401k. Their price was much lower than what others had quoted. They advised me on what to expect and made me believe that the price they were charging would not come with any additional fees or surprises. They delivered on their promise. There are plenty of places where this type of transaction can come off the rails and when there were questions I got the answers and kept the process going. I was able to get my franchise funded and I am open for business just like I had planned.

In today's day and age, one of the most frustrating things to deal with is automated chat support where they make it almost possible to get a hold of a real person. On top of that, if you get a hold of a real person, half of the time they are not knowledgeable enough to help you with your specific issue. Mysolo401k is the complete opposite of this, the number 1 thing that stands out to me is their customer support.

A specific example that comes to mind is the high level of hand holding when it comes to filing various forms in order to keep my 401k compliant. Specifically, they had actual screen recordings with step by step instructions for how to file form 8881. The best part was that they had a different set of instructions for different business entities so there was a walkthrough set of videos that fit my needs exactly.

Everyone I have talked to is clearly knowledgeable on the product, the price point is extremely reasonable, and the 401K set up process was very smooth. 10/10 recommend to anyone who is interested in taking that next step of contributing towards retirement!

This service has gone down tremendously in the past few years -- back in the day when George was responding to customers, we were able to get very quick, correct answers. My recent experience with Nathan is truly quite bad -- I asked multiple questions and he barely answered them, probably just enough to consider the support ticket 'complete' -- of the 4 questions I asked, he ignored the other 3.

I work with Gregory Cody there at my solo 401K financial, and I cannot say enough how amazing he is and he takes the time and great patience to work with me and my accountant on getting things right and answering my questions ( I have a lot!) and even when I forget things from year to year, he never complains about having to explain them to me again. I request him by name! They provide call summaries too so you can refer back to what was discussed. I can setup phone calls as needed with amazing response times! Wonderful service!! Amazingly wonderful value!! They don't nickel and dime you like some other companies. I wouldn't be there if they did.
