The application process is a nightmare! Amenities are available however very limited as they are only available during office hours currently .They advertise as income base, but be prepared to pay market rent was told the limited number of units slotted for income based are filled. Yet, even though income, based apartments have been filled, you will be subject to ‘housing department’ inspections. Overall if you can afford to pay market rent, then you have plenty of better options!

They are cute but clearly poorly built, the roof tops have already had to be repaired. The bathroom sink in my unit was leaking within a few weeks of moving in and it took at least a week probably longer before anyone bothered to come fix it. They make you go through an intake process to qualify. The first unit that I applied for was given to a different applicant. I was told that I had to continue to watch the website for another 30% unit to become available. I did what was asked. Waited and watched for another unit, my previous application was attached to the new unit. I went through the intake process signed all of my paperwork for that unit, was told that I was approved. But for whatever reason after the intake I was called and out of nowhere now I’m being told overqualified. But they had a 40% unit to offer me as long as I was willing to wait until November to Move in. I originally applied in August, I had already waited to long and felt to invested to start over with my search. So I accepted the unit that they offered me but now I wish I wouldn’t have. After doing the math myself someone in management definitely took advantage of their authority. I’m am a single mother of three, my guaranteed hourly rate was less than $15 an hour plus tips which obviously fluctuate. The way that this property is falling apart already as a new build is very unsettling. And it’s unfair and unrealistic to be expecting people to pay such a significant difference from 30% , 40% to 70% income bracket for the exact same space. I feel sorry for anybody who’s paying the 70% it’s not worth it. Management needs improvement and as I mentioned in the beginning, the property was clearly poorly built for them to be having to redo the rooftops after the first little snowstorm that we had.

Unfortunately there is no option to give a 0 star for this property, as I wanted to give a 0 or below 0 star for this property, I applied for a unit at this complex but they refused to approve me because they are looking for specific group of people.
They confirmed my employment with our HR, my supervisor and third party company and all of the documents I provided were confirmed that I am eligible but they refused to approve me with no reason and explanation. I fell sorry about there poor and unprofessional management and really want others to not apply here and don't waste your time because I heard form the current residents that the buildings are poorly build and have a lot of issue and also you may have a lot of issue with there poor management.
