Amazing experience throughout my time of living here. The move-in process was quick and easy. Any inconveniences I've had in inside the apartment were dealt with in a swift and professional manner. The people that live around me are almost all well behaved and nice due to the land lords being careful on who they sign a lease to. The rent here is the most affordable and fair considering the size of the apartment and the applianced that come with it. Definitely recommend these apartments for anyone with a small family, a couple, or even living by themselves.

I don't live there, but dropped off a friend and got a tour. His apartment is spacious, seemed comfortable, and had a real nice kitchen. I was impressed.

Management is 0/10.
We had mold in our apartment FOUR times. When freedom was there he paid us for the damage to our personal belongings (furniture, pictures, shoes, ect.) and then we moved to the outside apartments facing the parking lot (same building). Then when it sold to the new manager it happened again in a different apartment. They NEVER called a mold specialist, wanted us to by our own dehumidifier, and told us it was our fault. (Even though they were told the HVAC wasn’t big enough to support the apartment during summer months.) It was even on our vents and kitchen cabinets. I called her on a weekend and she got mad because “it was non-emergent”
Then I was told once again to deal with it on our own because we were “homeowners” and I was like WE RENT. We don’t own anything! I’m so happy to be out of there. I said because they used to be run by amazing owners. (Freedom and his manager Tina.) Now this new couple act like they have never ran apartments, or maybe the simply don't care. I will never recommend to my family or friends.

While under previous management this apartment complex was fantastic. A good community to live in. However the new management has decided to raise the rent by $100 and has been filing false complaints against it's residents who had just renewed their lease before the sale of the property. I believe they have begun doing this as a way to vacate the current tenants and replace them with tenants who will of course have to pay the new price and remove those who also have pets. I know several people who live here who have just in the last few months received notices for any number of things. I feel they are committing fraud and have overall been horrible managers since taking over.

I lived here over 2 years & it was a great place to reside. Clean, great & fast maintenance & accommodating office staff. The white ranch apartments where I lived are roomy & beautiful. The rent is so reasonable & right in town. Highly recommend!

I lived here two years. Most positive experience I've ever had being a tenant. Had 0 problems with the application process. (Which seems to be everyone's problem, But she is very clear with the process so if you cant follow direction perhaps it's you and not managenent) neighbors were friendly, and vigilant so I felt safe when I went on trips out of town that my property would be safe. If I had to give any complaint, I would probably say parking. But that's pretty standard with any apartment complex where ever you go you'll have that one neighbor that always has family over and will park in any available spot. Regardless. If I ever move back to Moutain home as long as the Manager Tina is still there. I'll be more than glad to put in another application.

Apartments are new and great. Owners are excellent and great to talk with. Office manager is ok. Apartments have all the amenities you need. I would recommend these to anyone that is looking for a place to live.
