MOUNTAIN CHALET IS A FANTASTIC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! Chad and Eric, the proprietors, do a phenomenal job taking care of the properties they manage. They carefully attend to matters one would not even expect them to address. Mountain Chalet's team members invariably respond expeditiously and articulately. They are dedicated, compassionate, respectful and, of critical import to me: THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO DO...WHEN THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO DO IT!
During my years of experience with Mountain Chalet, their team members have consistently demonstrated commitment, capability, professionalism, integrity and an extraordinary work ethic. They are invariably proactive rather than reactive.
If you can arrange to have Mountain Chalet manage your property, consider yourself fortunate; working with the Mountain Chalet team is comparable to having a weight lifted from your shoulders.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mountain Chalet, specifically Chad Griffith. I am writing this review at 9:46 pm on Christmas Eve, we were locked out of our condo in Winter Park and had no way to get in and with little open we were in a panic. We got in touch with Chad who was able to locate a spare and drove to help us, again Christmas Eve 9 pm. Chad is an ultimate professional and a true lifesaver on this cold Christmas eve. Mountain Chalet is a great company because of people like Chad.

Love the staff. The fireplace lounge is great to meet with friends. The complimentary breakfast and lunches were delicious. Thank you for everything and for supporting the Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic!

Professionalism, communication, fast acting and understanding. Great company! These folks are all great people and break the mold of property managers. Everyone I have worked with (and I have worked with everyone in the office) has gone above and beyond anytime there is an issue at our condo.
